Hong Kong Stream

This stream is specifically for Hong Kong and British National (Overseas) passport holders who have been living in Australia on certain temporary visas and have demonstrated a commitment to the country.

Offers a direct pathway to permanent residency
Applicants must have lived in Australia for a specified period, usually at least 4 years
Allows full access to employment, education, and government services

New Zealand Stream

This stream is designed for eligible New Zealand citizens who have lived in Australia for a minimum period and made economic and social contributions.

Applicants typically must have lived in Australia for at least 5 years
Must have started residing in Australia on or before a specific cut-off date
Provides a pathway to permanent residency and later citizenship
